- *Job Summary**
The Full Stack Customer Support Professional, Public Records Manager will be responsible for conveying the organization's annual performance objectives and KPIs for their individual client geography. This role will team up both internally and remotely on all agreements to help arenaflex's overall growth strategies, while driving continuous execution and support for all client software to meet both long-term and short-term business targets.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Vital partner responsible for the acquisition and management of all FSOP public clients on behalf of arenaflex to align with organizational needs
- Provide guidance to arenaflex Sr. Management on client needs and additional business opportunities
- Address arenaflex as a colleague to clients with the goal of negotiating new annual and long-term agreements to help business targets
- Create an extensive yearly development target plan for every client following channel valuing direction
- Work closely with and impact NAOU key client plans to boost shared objectives, results, and execution
- Lead the arenaflex business planning process with NAOU account groups to increase brand image and brand action to help both long-term and short-term targets
- Guarantees compact and convenient communication, provide suitable tools and execution following to arenaflex Bottlers and field group to ensure perfect execution of key drives
- Cooperative partner and engage key Bottler faculty to drive explicit client execution and execution to help overall business needs
- Work with client service group meetings and surveys to identify any foundational problems and provide solutions to ensure all situations are resolved
- Responsible for communication and support across every client's business division and sections
- Create and utilize high-level connections at significant records
- Provide channel, brand, and class experiences/ability to their separate clients, Bottlers, and NAOU account groups
- Ensure perfect execution of client projects and drives through clear and brief communication
- Client outlet visits with Bottlers, NAOU, and clients quarterly for key high-value clients, to gain insight into opportunities and challenges
- Collaborate and impact arenaflex and NAOU cross-functional assets to create value for the client, based on their feedback
- Lead sales association for assigned region using expertise to investigate and identify potential opportunities and establish objectives to follow through on track
- Provide ideal updates of sales, challenges, and opportunities to internal leadership and field execution
- Ascertain, audit, and report on various budgets both for client and T&E cost reporting
- *Essential Qualifications**
- BA/BS degree required
- 7+ years direct sales experience in the beverage industry and hold a history of successfully selling into multiple retail channels required
- At least 5 years' experience approaching key clients like Compass, Sodexo, or Aramark required
- Should be self-motivated and highly organized with a powerful drive to create results with an entrepreneurial spirit to succeed
- Should have the ability to rapidly evaluate the needs of the business, develop an action plan, and manage the necessary change. The ability to truly intermix with a wide variety of business experts is fundamental
- Should have an enthusiasm for building brands, new products, and long-term growth
- Reliable, diligent, and proactive team player with optimistic outlook
- Imaginative problem-solver who can work independently
- Strong PC skills in Viewpoint, Power Point, Excel, and Word. Solid getting it and scientific skills in understanding of Nielsen/IRI partnered data
- *Position Requirements**
- Position requires significant travel 35% via vehicle and plane, including both local and adjacent geographic regions
- Should hold and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to drive significant distances
