As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll play a vital role in driving adoption, retention, and expansion for our mid-market customers.   • *About The Role:**

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Driving onboarding, adoption, utilization, and growth in our existing customer base by owning specific customer accounts
  • Proactively identifying customers who aren't maximizing their opportunity with our product/service and reaching out to create an action plan to help them achieve success
  • Partnering with the Account Management team on marquee Mid-Market accounts to expand use cases and create stickier customers
  • Learning our product inside and out and helping your customers drive business outcomes
  • Collaborating with our Sales team to realize successful renewals and expansions
  • Innovating and iterating on Customer Success programs to retain and grow customers while mitigating churn or contraction
  • Surfacing opportunities to expand existing accounts when it's right for the customer
  • Documenting and sharing key findings/learnings with the broader arenaflex organization
  • *What You'll Achieve:**
  • Develop and execute tailored Customer Success plans to drive growth and expansion for mid-market customers
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customer executives, product managers, and technical leads
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Marketing, to drive customer success and growth
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to inform product development and improve customer experiences
  • *Skills You'll Need to Bring:**
  • 5+ years of success in a Customer Success or Account Management role, with a proven track record of driving growth and expansion
  • Ability to build Customer Success playbooks and new processes based on learnings
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to solve customer problems creatively
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced and foundational team
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and data analysis tools, such as Tableau
  • *Nice to Haves:**
  • Experience as a first or early hire at a fast-growing startup
  • Strong technical chops, with experience working with software products and services
  • Experience using arenaflex products and services
