As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Walmart Customer Support, you will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers, suppliers, and associates verbally and/or in writing to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support
  • Assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
  • Verifying freight and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and resolving issues related to freight and purchase orders
  • Correcting items on purchase orders and ensuring that problem freight is accounted for and keyed
  • Resolving problems to allow non-problem freight to be acquired at the same time as investigating problem freight
  • Moving problem freight manually or with powered equipment
  • Modeling the arenaflex values to foster our culture and holding oneself accountable for delivering exceptional customer experiences
