This position is part of the Customer Service team within arenaflex, where you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you'll be expected to:

  • Conduct training sessions for colleagues in areas of expertise
  • Serve as a guide to other Customer Service Representatives
  • Lead projects and manage issues as a group leader/facilitator
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and regulatory specialists to ensure that customer service standards are met in accordance with industry guidelines and company manuals
  • Develop customized methods and special procedures for repairs, modifications, assessments, adjustments, and other maintenance activities that are not adequately addressed in existing manuals
  • Stay informed about daily airline activities, including areas of responsibility
  • Review daily needs in accordance with airline/departmental targets and management mandates
  • Examine aircraft/part issues that may cause flight delays or cancellations, significant uses in labor or materials, or breaks in maintenance activities, and determine appropriate corrective actions
  • Provide customer service support as needed to restore operational status
  • Respond to requests from Maintenance and other airline divisions when technical support is required to assist with tasks or resolve issues
  • Develop activity plans for fleet/multi-fleet and part design projects and pursue completion in accordance with evaluated needs
  • Collaborate with other airline divisions, as needed, to facilitate effective and efficient execution of customer service standards
  • Develop customer service documents to implement technical standards by providing customized methods for repairs, modifications, assessments, or other maintenance activities that provide benefits in accordance with airline/departmental targets and management mandates
  • Maintain knowledge of current and future regulations that affect areas of responsibility and ensure that all customer service activities maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
  • Utilize available resources to enhance levels of technical expertise and practical experience continuously, as well as to improve communication skills, time management, and other individual characteristics relevant to maximum effectiveness and efficiency in performing assigned duties
  • *What You'll Need for Success**

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a design-related field or equivalent design certification
  • At least 1 year of design experience in a related field or 2 years of experience without a degree
  • A&P license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications
  • Ability to analyze technical information and make data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrated fitness, capacity, and willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations that promote the adoption of solutions
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
