  • *Responsibilities**

As a full-time remote call center representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with individuals through an automated dialer who have expressed interest in potentially qualifying for compensation
  • Handling a high volume of calls, with an average of 40-50 connections per day, and identifying 1-5 potential candidates
  • Multitasking while listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to ensure seamless communication
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
  • Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including adhering to data security and confidentiality protocols
  • Assisting with other projects as needed to support the team's goals and objectives
  • Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity
  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse individuals
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients

  • A willingness to work 40+ hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
  • High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet)
  • A reliable noise-cancellation headset (wired via USB, such as a gaming headset with mic or Logitech G432)
  • Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused experience
  • 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a similar call-center environment, with a focus on sales and customer service
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and data management systems
  • Experience with scripting and data entry
  • Certification in customer service or sales

As a remote call center representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule that allows you to balance work and personal responsibilities. Our standard hours of operation are:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
  • Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
