We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, responsible for designing and implementing data management cycles, analyzing large datasets, and creating actionable insights to inform business decisions. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with cross-functional groups to drive business outcomes, identify process improvements, and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design and implement data management cycles, including accessing raw data feeds, building queries and macros, writing VBA code, coordinating data, and planning reports to provide real-time status updates for business performance.
• Recover and investigate large datasets using Excel, SQL, and other data management frameworks.
• Develop and implement reporting solutions to empower stakeholders to manage the business and make informed decisions.
• Take ownership of processes to ensure that each report is accurate and meets a high level of client satisfaction, with a focus on resolving data errors.
• Assemble and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, control, and benchmark reporting processes.
• Analyze existing metrics, develop new metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Support cross-functional teams on the daily execution of existing program performance.
• Develop complex queries to drill deep into process issues.
• Enhance the customer experience through data-driven insights and recommendations.

• *Essential Capabilities**

• 5 years of experience in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business intelligence.
• 5 years of experience writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a field such as business administration, operations management, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, and other data management frameworks.
• Experience creating business proposals and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience with QuickSight dashboards and visual creation.

• *Preferred Capabilities**

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or a related role.
• Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Strategy.
• Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling.
• Familiarity with a programming language like Python or R.
