As a Full Stack Big Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business by analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing insights that inform our decision-making process. You will work closely with our Information Science, AI, and Machine Learning teams to design, implement, and maintain data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Drive complex self-service data integration projects that combine data from disparate sources to make it accessible to business users like data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams to apply advanced data integration methodologies and tools to large data sets to create solutions that can be used for various types of analysis, including descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analysis.
• Collaborate with business leaders across multiple functions to define and communicate data-driven solutions and recommendations.
• Serve as an expert authority on data resources and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of data resources used by business users in self-service conditions.
• Support the ongoing development of the arenaflex data science center and community.
• Perform other work assignments as directed by Management.

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.
• Strong understanding of both inductive and deductive reasoning and critical thinking approaches.
• Transitional knowledge in assessing and applying suitable data analysis and measurement methods for a business issue.
• Transitional knowledge of acquiring and consuming data in both relational and non-relational databases.
• Intermediate knowledge of coordinating, storing, and handling large amounts of data necessary for analysis and presentation.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and open-source tools.
• Proficiency in at least one data integration and business intelligence tool.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and models relevant to developing and maintaining self-service data resources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
