  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; business qualification or related field preferred
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40 wpm
  • Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Proficient in Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with end-users and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience
  • Bilingual, English and Spanish
