• *Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks and projects associated with our CAPAS operations. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Working on and finalizing deliverables related to branch projects and PA sports in a timely manner
• Supporting CAPAS carrier catalog offerings
• Incorporating progressive enhancements into all elements of the CAPAS operations
• Supporting the implementation of patron PA documents at some point in the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process

• *Collaboration and Strategic Thinking**

Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to encourage alternative and pressure alignment in matrixed environments by demonstrating arenaflex values, including collaboration and accountability. You'll need to be able to assume strategically, follow validated reasoning and good judgment for CAPAS-associated tasks and projects, and articulate risks or concerns.

• *Required Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large data sets for projects or trending/possibility identification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills – ability to articulate complex/technical ideas to non-technical/lay users

• *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• RxClaim experience (particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse
• Self-motivation with a strong, effective attitude
• Experience using MS Access database
