What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

• Precision Data Input: Efficiently input, update, and verify vast amounts of data including metadata, content descriptions, user information, and licensing details with exceptional accuracy rates.


• Comprehensive Quality Control: Meticulously review and cross-reference data entries to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or errors, implementing corrective measures to maintain data integrity.


• Systematic Database Maintenance: Perform routine database maintenance tasks, including data cleaning, normalization, and optimization to ensure our systems operate at peak performance.


• Metadata Management: Enter and maintain detailed information about movies, TV series, and other content, including cast information, release dates, genres, ratings, and streaming availability.


• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams including content operations, engineering, and customer support to resolve data-related issues and improve overall workflows.


• Guideline Adherence: Follow established data entry protocols, style guides, and quality standards consistently, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Written Communication: Strong command of English language grammar, spelling, and punctuation with the ability to clearly convey information.


• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning new software systems, databases, and tools quickly. Prior experience with spreadsheet applications (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel) is highly valued.
