**Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Dental Insurance Claims Processing**

This is a remote contract position open to candidates residing anywhere in the United States, with a preference for PT or MT time zones. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of dental insurance claims processing.

• *The Role**

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for performing data entry tasks related to dental insurance claims processing. You'll work closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely entry of data into our systems, adhering to HIPAA policies and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive patient information. This is a 6-8 month contract position with a possibility of extension, and contractors will be provided with a Chromebook for work use.

• *Responsibilities**

• Perform data entry tasks related to dental insurance claims processing
• Download and upload images from a client portal to the arenaflex portal
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into our systems
• Adhere to HIPAA policies and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive patient information
• Work core US business hours, preferably in PT or MT time zones
• Work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week

• *Qualifications**

• Prior experience in data entry is required
• Familiarity with dental insurance claims or healthcare data entry is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to comply with HIPAA policies and maintain data security
• Ability to work core US business hours, preferably in PT or MT time zones
• Ability to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week

• The hourly rate for this role is $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
