• Configures database tables in support of the restaurant point of sale (pricing, menu) and back office systems (inventory)
• Coordinates with internal departments such as Operations, Franchise, Finance, Marketing, and R&D to ensure timely and accurate data requirements
• Analyzes user requirements to determine database customization strategy and order entry flow
• Conducts quality assurance tests on database changes to ensure user requirements are met prior to submission to restaurants
• Identifies data trends or issues and recommends effective solutions relating to restaurant systems
• Communicates with restaurant operators to ensure seamless data management and customer service

• *Essential Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, information technology, business administration)
• Up to one year of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn routine assignments of limited scope and complexity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build stable internal working relationships and communicate effectively with supervisors, project leads, and mentors
• Proficiency in database management systems and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
