As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Efficiently managing CVS data entry operations in a Work From Home (WFH) setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts
  • Maintaining data integrity and confidentiality, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment
  • Participating in the execution of Quality Management (QM) Work Plan exercises, including quality items and administrations
  • Conducting on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP
  • Collaborating with clinical and initiative staff to audit review results and create remedial activity plans
  • Creating review tools for all populations and tracking fulfillment of remedial activity plans
  • Participating in QM meetings and contributing to the development of quality management guidelines
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on all review tools
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social sciences)
  • At least 4 years of experience in medical services or social wellbeing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to travel to suppliers' offices up to 80% of the time
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • RN or LPN clinical record experience
  • QM evaluating experience or case management experience
  • High levels of scrupulousness and attention to detail
