As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Efficiently managing CVS data entry operations in a Work From Home (WFH) setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts
- Maintaining data integrity and confidentiality, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment
- Participating in the execution of Quality Management (QM) Work Plan exercises, including quality items and administrations
- Conducting on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP
- Collaborating with clinical and initiative staff to audit review results and create remedial activity plans
- Creating review tools for all populations and tracking fulfillment of remedial activity plans
- Participating in QM meetings and contributing to the development of quality management guidelines
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on all review tools
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social sciences)
- At least 4 years of experience in medical services or social wellbeing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to travel to suppliers' offices up to 80% of the time

- RN or LPN clinical record experience
- QM evaluating experience or case management experience
- High levels of scrupulousness and attention to detail
