Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Data Entry Operator & Telecalling Specialist to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, managing incoming and outgoing communications, and ensuring seamless operational support. Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, you will be entrusted with the following essential duties and responsibilities:


  • Data Entry & Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in our management systems from various sources including paper documents, digital files, and external databases. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, completeness, and accuracy of all stored information.

  • Data Verification & Validation: Perform regular audits and quality checks to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or duplicates in our database. Implement best practices to maintain a clean, organized, and error-free information repository.

  • Telecalling Operations: Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls professionally and courteously. Provide accurate information, respond to inquiries, address concerns, and assist clients with their needs while maintaining a positive company image.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain detailed logs of all communications and interactions. Update customer records, track conversation history, and ensure proper documentation of all customer-related activities.

  • Target Achievement: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Contribute to team goals while managing individual responsibilities effectively.

  • Quality Assurance: Uphold and enforce company standards of excellence in customer service. Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports related to data entry activities, call logs, and performance metrics as required by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:


  • Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates with graduate degrees or professional certifications in relevant fields will be given preference.

  • Professional Experience: Proven work experience as a Data Entry Operator, Telecaller, or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations. Familiarity with database management systems and CRM software is an added advantage.
