As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our corporate databases and computer systems. Your duties will include:

  • Performing input of customer and account data from source documents, in text-based and numerical information form
  • Organizing information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Performing research for finding further information if needed
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking output
  • Using appropriate data solutions, techniques, and procedures to optimize the data entry activities
  • Preparing reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
  • Performing scanning and printing of documents
  • Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files
  • Ensuring adherence to corporate policies of data integrity and security and keeping corporate information confidential
  • Overseeing the proper usage of office equipment and reporting any problems

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 2+ years' experience working as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
