- *Key Responsibilities**
- Use designated work instructions and other guidelines to execute critical and routine tasks, including data entry, validation, corrections, and updates to existing information.
- Retrieve documents and data from authorized databases to perform routine tasks, such as data entry, validation, corrections, and updates.
- Accurately enter all relevant information into multiple eligibility and tracking systems.
- Follow extensive work instructions and prescribed department procedures to make timely and accurate selections in the processing of transactions.
- Determine if an image requires an appointment to be rescheduled.
- Meet individual and unit performance goals and standards as defined by management.
- Attend and successfully complete job-related and industry-specific systems and policy training as required to perform the duties of the position.
- Review and analyze discrepancies in data received, requests clarification, and effectively raises queries to the team supervisor to resolve uncertainties and questions that arise from executing the task.

- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Experience working in a health or human services call center (not required but preferred)
- Knowledge of the community to be served (not required but preferred)
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
