*Key Responsibilities**

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages that meet business needs
Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, creating intricate reports, and performing in-depth data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
Designing and developing packages for internal clients
Evaluating data needs for assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
Transforming data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
Troubleshooting technical issues
Presenting findings and recommendations to internal clients and stakeholders

*Required Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

2-4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience

*Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:

Reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
Crystal Reporting experience
