As a Customer Support Specialist on our arenaflex team, you'll play a critical role in providing technical and non-technical assistance to our clients' customers. You'll be the first point of contact for many customers, and your expertise will be essential in resolving their queries and concerns.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing technical and non-technical assistance to arenaflex clients' customers
  • Develop efficient and satisfying solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
  • Treat customers with respect, following arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues and managers to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to stay up-to-date with the latest products and services
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2)
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (although not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and coaching)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Experience working in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer support principles and practices
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
