As an arenaflex Customer Support Specialist, you'll be part of our Samsung team, providing technical and non-technical assistance to customers in Lithuanian, Russian, and English. If you're fluent in Lithuanian (C1) and have a good command of Russian and English (B2), we encourage you to apply. With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, you'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian, Russian, and English
  • Provide technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
