As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional support experiences to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with customers in Lithuanian (C1 level spoken/written), English, and Russian (B2 level), providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. Your passion for technology and customer-centric approach will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and effective support

- *Essential Qualifications:**
- Fluency in Lithuanian (C1 level spoken/written), English, and Russian (B2 level)
- 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
