As our first full-time Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience and helping us scale our support team. You'll have the unique opportunity to work closely with our founder, learning the ins and outs of our platform and contributing to its growth from the ground up. With a limited number of support requests currently, you'll have the chance to focus on learning the system, getting familiar with the product, and developing your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Learn the software product and start answering support questions, providing timely and effective solutions to customers
  • Help write and maintain the help center documentation, ensuring that our customers have access to accurate and up-to-date information
  • Test the product and report any issues you find, providing valuable feedback to help us improve and refine our platform
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Fluent, native-like English is essential, as you'll be writing to customers and creating documentation in English
  • Familiarity with software products, web hosting products, and preferably online course platforms would be ideal
  • Some basic understanding of how DNS works would be a huge plus, especially familiarity with setting up the DNS for a website using CNAME and CAA DNS records

  • Experience with course platforms, hosting services, and software services would be highly valued
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability and flexibility, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company

  • Competitive salary of $300 USD per month, negotiable
  • Full-time job as a freelancer, with the flexibility to work from home and set your own schedule
  • Paid via wire transfer or Upwork Direct contracts, depending on your preference
  • 8 hours of work per day, with a flexible schedule that allows you to work in your own timezone
  • 20 days of leave per year, with the option to take additional time off as needed
  • Availability required from December 22nd to January 1st and from mid-July to mid-August
