As an Experienced Customer Support Representative – Night Shift Operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our technical teams to resolve complex issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Assist with screening and monitoring orders in the system to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Collaborate with technicians to close out orders and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Handle internal escalations to ensure orders are accepted and rolled on, and provide solutions to customers
  • Update information through data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Run reports and update trackers as needed to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Assist with logistics and system-related issues, and provide support to internal and external customers
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers, and respond to their inquiries and concerns

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow through and meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
  • *Schedule**
  • In-person training at our office located in Green Bay, WI, Monday – Friday, day shift
  • 12-hour rotating night shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
  • Knowledge of logistics and system-related issues, and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize tasks and responsibilities effectively
