As a Customer Support Associate in our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy, you will be responsible for providing telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. Your primary focus will be on the overall coordination and processing of new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and revivifying benefits. You will also assist patients with translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into our pharmacy information system, communicating and collecting copay amounts, obtaining authorizations, and working with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to screen, identify, resolve, and defer orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues.

- Provide exceptional telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy
- Coordinate and process new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and revivifying benefits
