As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Utilizing various databases and written materials to look up and provide information to telephone inquiries
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
  • Meeting or exceeding established service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum six (6) months customer service/administrative/call center experience required
  • Ability to speak English clearly and professionally
  • Bi-lingual candidates will receive priority consideration
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with a PC and a Windows environment
  • Ability to effectively work within established contractual turnaround times
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

  • + Windows 10+ Intel Core i5 processor or higher+ 8GB Memory+ 256GB Hard Drive+ Minimum of 1 USB Gen 2 or newer+ Headset connection hard wired (not wireless)+ Hard Wired internet connection (CAN NOT use Wi-Fi)+ 1 RJ-45 for wired network connection
  • Dedicated office space that will allow you to have all working shifts void of interruption from family members, pets, personal phone calls, etc.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (validated by a copy of a current internet bill with internet specifications)
  • 2 monitors
  • Minimum speed requirement of 25/25 mbps. Must pass speed test.
