- *Essential Functions**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Reviewing customer history as necessary to provide personalized support
- Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure exceptional customer service
- Helping customers change travel plans and providing or confirming their travel itinerary
- Processing refunds and resolving travel issues
- Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary
- Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to ensure seamless customer service
- *About You**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Prior customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results
- Strong geographical knowledge, with a passion for travel and a desire to help others explore the world
- Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong typing skills, with the ability to navigate seamlessly between multiple applications
- Highly proficient in using the internet and navigating multiple applications

To work as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need a computer and equipment meeting the following specifications:
- Internet: High-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or satellite)
- Operating System: Windows 10
