• *Essential Functions**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Reviewing customer history as necessary to provide personalized support
• Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure exceptional customer service
• Helping customers change travel plans and providing or confirming their travel itinerary
• Processing refunds and resolving travel issues
• Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary
• Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to ensure seamless customer service

• *About You**

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Prior customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results
• Strong geographical knowledge, with a passion for travel and a desire to help others explore the world
• Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong typing skills, with the ability to navigate seamlessly between multiple applications
• Highly proficient in using the internet and navigating multiple applications

To work as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need a computer and equipment meeting the following specifications:
