  • Collaborating with our team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of experience working in high-volume call centers, preferably in the customer service industry

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection, working computer, and headset
  • Quiet space in your home to talk on the phone without distraction
