As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing respectful, friendly, quick, and efficient assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone
  • Registering customer purchases on assigned sales registers, collecting cash, and circulating change as needed
  • Processing voids, returns, postponements, discounts, and trades in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment, including counters, stockrooms, and display areas
  • Developing and maintaining displays, including special, seasonal, and promotional displays
  • Assisting with the separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked foods) and product placement as determined by strategies and systems
  • Providing customer assistance in the photo area, including digital ID photo services, banner print, and creative machine services
  • Taking on web order responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles orders, and delivers orders to customers as they arrive at the store)
  • Assisting with external and internal support by ensuring a clean, neat, and well-maintained store condition and appearance
  • Conforming to all company policies and procedures, and maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of store systems and equipment
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Six months of experience in a retail environment
  • Previous work experience with arenaflex
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours
