As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing respectful, friendly, quick, and efficient assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone
- Registering customer purchases on assigned sales registers, collecting cash, and circulating change as needed
- Processing voids, returns, postponements, discounts, and trades in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment, including counters, stockrooms, and display areas
- Developing and maintaining displays, including special, seasonal, and promotional displays
- Assisting with the separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked foods) and product placement as determined by strategies and systems
- Providing customer assistance in the photo area, including digital ID photo services, banner print, and creative machine services
- Taking on web order responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles orders, and delivers orders to customers as they arrive at the store)
- Assisting with external and internal support by ensuring a clean, neat, and well-maintained store condition and appearance
- Conforming to all company policies and procedures, and maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of store systems and equipment

- Six months of experience in a retail environment
- Previous work experience with arenaflex
