As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. You'll be the primary point of contact for patients, answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and ensuring that their medication orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner. You'll also work closely with internal teams, insurance companies, and healthcare providers to screen, identify, resolve, and defer orders that have accounts receivable or clinical issues.

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy via telephone.
- Coordinate and process new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and revivifying benefits.
- Translate and enter new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system.
- Communicate and collect copay amounts from patients.
- Obtain authorizations from insurance companies and healthcare providers.
- Work with internal teams to resolve and defer orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- *Requirements**
- One year of experience in a customer service role handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone.
- One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications.
- One year of computer keyboarding experience, skills, and aptitude.
- Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent.
