As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting directly with patients and clients to provide exceptional service, answer questions, and solve problems. You'll work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, while also proactively engaging with patients to ensure they're staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients
  • Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications
  • Conduct adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies
  • Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, while proactively gaining patient and order information
  • Provide customer education and routine assessment and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist
  • Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, health care, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone
  • 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application
  • Must reside in the state of Nevada
  • Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Experience working in a health care or pharmacy setting
  • Knowledge of insurance, health care, and reimbursement-related requirements
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
