  • *What You'll Be Doing**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions with ease. Your responsibilities will include:

  • **Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers**: You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • **Professionally responding to customer inquiries**: You'll be the expert, providing accurate and helpful information to our customers.
  • **Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management**: You'll be the problem-solver, identifying and escalating critical issues to ensure our customers receive the support they need.
  • **Following up on complicated customer interactions**: You'll be the relationship-builder, following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they're satisfied.
  • **Recording details of customer interactions (proficiently and accurately)**: You'll be the data-gatherer, recording important details about customer interactions to help us improve our services.
  • **Develop rapport with customers, with an upbeat and positive attitude**: You'll be the people person, building relationships with customers and providing a positive experience every time.

  • *What You'll Need**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • **1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)**: You've got experience in customer service, either in a call center or other customer-facing role.
  • **1 year of call center experience (preferred)**: You've got experience working in a call center environment, handling phone calls and providing customer support.
  • **Basic knowledge of computers e.g navigation, 30+ words per minute, copy/paste, open tabs (required)**: You're comfortable using computers and have basic knowledge of navigation, typing speed, and other essential skills.
  • **Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required)**: You're a strong writer and communicator, able to write clearly and effectively.
  • **Live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah**: You're based in one of our supported states, with access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
