- *Position Purpose:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, answering inbound phone calls for our clients' members and providing exceptional service that exceeds their expectations. You'll be the go-to expert for all their healthcare benefits-related questions, and you'll have the opportunity to earn additional cash incentives for reaching your goals. - *Key Responsibilities:**
- Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls, providing exceptional service to our clients' members
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate customers where applicable regarding products and services
- Utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information
- Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics, including call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
- Maintain a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision making, ensuring that customer needs are met while adhering to arenaflex's high standards
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our clients and their customers
- Responsible for call disposition or compiling and documenting customer information as required
- Ability to accept and embrace changes within the current business environment, adapting to new processes and technologies as needed
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Dedicated area to work from in your home, with a wired Ethernet connection and high-speed internet access (at least 20 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload speeds)
- Demonstrated passion for excellence in treating and caring for customers, especially senior citizens
- Strong decision-making and analytical abilities, with the ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and services
- Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Meet all attendance and dependability requirements, with a strong track record of punctuality and reliability
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with healthcare benefits and related products and services
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
- *Work at Home Set-Up Requirements:**
- Wired Ethernet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload (wireless connections are not permitted)
- Two 21" monitors, with one supplied by arenaflex and one provided by the candidate
- Hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, cable, or fiber optic
- Headset (specific models will be shared during the interview process)
