As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions.   • **1 year of call center (preferred)**: We're looking for individuals who have experience in a call center environment.
  • **Basic knowledge of computers e.g navigation, 30+ words per minute, copy/paste, open tabs (required)**: You'll need to have basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing speed, and the ability to copy and paste.
  • **Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required)**: You'll need to have excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills.
  • **Live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah**: We're only able to consider candidates who live in one of these states.
