  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Interact with patients, clients, and customers to provide personalized support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapies to patients, with a focus on providing overall savings and improving health outcomes
  • Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications
  • Conduct adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and other customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
  • Proactively gather patient and order information to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to resolve complex issues and provide customer education
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone
  • 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application
  • Must reside in the state of Nevada
  • Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
  • Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and governmental compliance regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
