We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team, working from the comfort of their own homes in Michigan. As a Pharmacy Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy
  • Coordinating and processing new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and revivifying benefits
  • Translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system
  • Communicating and collecting copay amounts, obtaining authorizations, and working with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve and defer orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues
  • Demonstrating superb communication skills to effectively interact with insurance companies, patients, and internal partners

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy

  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • One year of experience in a customer service role handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
  • One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications
  • One year of computer keyboarding experience, skills, and aptitude
  • Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent

  • Pre-existing healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions, and medical terminology
