As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate their needs and resolve issues efficiently
  • Handling complex client orders, including taking requests, planning exercises, and providing estimating and product information
  • Suggesting suitable arenaflex products and services to clients, based on their needs and preferences
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, including printing, signs, and designs, and delivery services
  • Working with clients to resolve issues and concerns, ensuring a positive and personalized experience
  • Processing financial transactions, including handling cash and making change, using a retail location terminal (POS)
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized retail location, adhering to arenaflex standards and guidelines
  • Staying current on retail location marketing materials and ensuring proper display of all retail area products and signage
  • Making a proactive effort to prevent errors and waste
  • Completing required financial administrative work, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits
  • Adhering to arenaflex policies, procedures, and guidelines, including quality, HR, safety, customer service, and security standards
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 6+ years of specific experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under significant pressure
  • Ability to maintain attention and focus for extended periods
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (not required but preferred)
  • Experience in a customer service or retail environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including printing, signs, and designs, and delivery services
  • Experience with retail location terminals (POS) and financial transactions
  • Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds
  • Ability to twist/contort at the waist and knees
  • Ability to work in a variety of environments, including a retail location and potentially a home office setting
