As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and responding to all incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Manual entry and maintenance of orders and return authorizations with high accuracy
  • Researching requests/inquiries concerning availability of parts, order status, and return status
  • Directing questions to the proper person/department, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
  • Completing general office duties, including filing, faxing, and copying
  • Providing support to all Reseller Accounts, Consumers, Tech, and Field Sales as required
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of customer service or related experience with direct customer contact via telephone, Call Center experience preferred
  • Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
