As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and text. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. - Meet assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), comply with relevant laws and organizational policies, and assist with system enhancements and procedure updates.

- 2-5 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
