Our remote work schedule allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while still being an integral part of our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, from the comfort of your own home.

  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and responding to customer emails daily, providing solutions and answers to any order-related questions or concerns.
  • Handling 30-45 customer calls per day, assisting with inquiries ranging from order tracking to resolving package errors.
  • Utilizing Live Chat for real-time problem solving, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution for the customer.
  • Escalating complex issues to the Supervisor when necessary, acting as the initial point of contact for our company.
  • Maintaining professionalism and efficiency in all customer interactions, embodying the company's commitment to exceptional service.
  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage customers positively over the phone and in writing.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including Excel and MS Office Suite (or Google Docs/Sheets).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer issues effectively and promptly.
  • A commitment to professionalism and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Previous experience in a phone-based or call center role is highly regarded.
