As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in establishing and building relationships with our customers, operating in a fast-paced environment with precision and competence. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling high amounts of incoming calls with professionalism and poise
- Identifying and evaluating customers' needs to deliver satisfaction and exceed expectations
- Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussions
- Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods and tools
- Managing complaints, providing proper solutions and options, and following up to secure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (preferred)

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work nights & some weekends
- Availability to work 1pm - 11pm CST, 4 days/ week with rotating Saturdays or 3pm -11pm CST M-F with rotating Saturdays

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
- Proficiency in using Mac computers and the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering results on-time and exceeding expectations

- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy industry
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and technologies
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
