- *Key Responsibilities**
- Handle a high volume of customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and track call types
- Own follow-up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability
- Meet or exceed customer service standards and support service levels
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume calls or call center experience required
- Medical-related background (medical billing, claims experience, in-office experience in a medical setting) or insurance experience is a plus
- Excellent telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate with confidence in a clear, professional speaking voice
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills
- A clear team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain composure when dealing with difficult customer situations
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong PC skills, including MS Office, Word, and Excel
- SAP experience a plus
- Previous experience in the optical industry is a plus
- Ability to navigate information systems and internet
- Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar

- Bilingual French speaking skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of optical industry products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
