As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling incoming calls, processing orders, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming calls from new and existing business clients regarding a variety of requests
- Process orders and provide support to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Correctly document customer interactions and track call types
- Maintain support service levels and uphold Customer Service standards
- Own follow-up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability
- Take inbound phone calls for up to 90% of assigned shift
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume calls or call center experience
- Medical-related background (medical billing, claims experience, in-office experience in a medical setting) or insurance experience is a plus
- Excellent telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate with confidence in a clear, professional speaking voice
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills
- A clear team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain composure when dealing with difficult customer situations
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong PC skills, including MS Office, Word, and Excel
- SAP experience is a plus
- Previous experience in the optical industry is a plus
- Ability to navigate information systems and internet
- Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar
