As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating excellent soft skills to provide the best customer service experience for our customers
  • Providing information about current plans and products, and identifying new solutions that align with customers' needs
  • Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
  • A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
  • A quiet, secured workspace
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
  • Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
  • Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
