As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to general to moderately complex telephone calls and troubleshooting customer issues with a high level of professionalism and empathy
  • Recording calls in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ticketing solution and updating CRM history with results of inquiry
  • Conducting outbound calls to customers in response to customer direction or business needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations and policies as they apply to the various programs serviced, staying informed about industry developments and best practices
  • Responding to telephone inquiries within set time parameters, consistently meeting or exceeding service level agreements
  • *What is Required (Qualifications):**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints
  • The ability to submit a speed test via speedtest.net with download speeds of at least 60mbps and upload speeds of at least 6mbps, ensuring reliable and high-speed internet connectivity
  • Experience working with computer software, customer relationship management tools, and telephone technology, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and their applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • 0-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a related field, with a proven ability to handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
