We're seeking both full-time and part-time Customer Service Representatives who can work remotely from the comfort of their own homes. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

- *Essential Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, including email and internet search
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- 6 months of customer service experience
- 6 months of sales experience (e.g., call center, retail, services)
- Ability to talk to customers via phone without fear or hesitation
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to pass a criminal background check

- Verifiable inbound call center experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce and/or other CRM applications
