We're seeking both full-time and part-time Customer Service Representatives who can work remotely from the comfort of their own homes. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Verifying rent payments with landlords to ensure accurate reporting
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets

  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers, including email and internet search
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • 6 months of sales experience (e.g., call center, retail, services)
  • Ability to talk to customers via phone without fear or hesitation
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

  • Verifiable inbound call center experience
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and/or other CRM applications
  • Bilingual Spanish
