As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • **Providing outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries**: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • **Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications**: Use your knowledge of arenaflex services and products to recommend solutions that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
  • **Enter, schedule, and coordinate customer moves**: Manage customer moves from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • **Follow-up with customers both during and after their move to ensure satisfaction**: Check in with customers to ensure they're satisfied with their experience and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • **Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints, or customer service issues**: Remain composed and empathetic when dealing with difficult customers, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • **Prepare move-related paperwork and documents**: Accurately complete and submit necessary paperwork and documents to ensure smooth processing and compliance.
  • **All other duties as assigned**: Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and drive business results.
  • *Requirements**

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • **High school diploma or equivalent**: A minimum educational requirement to ensure you have the foundation for success in this role.
