To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps (no satellite)
- A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone
- 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
- A quiet, secure workspace with minimal distractions
- Must live in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wyoming
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
- Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
- Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment with open availability, including evenings and weekends
