*Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Making continuous outbound calls to customers to verify their information and filter out small home improvement jobs
Using an on-screen script and flowchart efficiently to ensure accurate and timely interactions
Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
Warmly handing off consumers to our partners to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

*Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively document and communicate with customers

We offer two shift options to accommodate your schedule:
