As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inquiries regarding student loans efficiently and accurately, providing clear and concise information to clients and customers.
  • Performing account updates and providing repayment options within policies and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Managing inbound and outbound customer calls while meeting quality assurance and performance indicators, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting customers in completing applications according to department procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensuring the highest levels of privacy and security for clients and customers, adhering to all relevant data protection and confidentiality protocols.
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 6 months of contact center or customer service experience in a business environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • 6 months of computer experience in a business environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

While not required, the following qualifications and skills would be highly desirable:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
  • Call Center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
