As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely and professional communication. Your primary focus will be on processing customer orders and resolving issues throughout the booking, planning, and delivery stages. You'll work closely with internal departments to gather necessary information, develop product knowledge, and enter orders into our LOS system with accuracy and compliance.

  • Answer and process incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
  • Address customer needs and requests with a positive and can-do attitude
  • Develop knowledge of product line, price, delivery time, and similar data as required
  • Enter orders into LOS with a focus on accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and requirements
  • Work independently in a multi-department office environment
  • Advise sales representatives and brokers of customer order fulfillment issues and recommended resolution

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent multi-tasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Access and EDI (preferable)
  • Very strong communication skills, with the ability to respond calmly and professionally to customers and vendors
  • Good problem-solving abilities and uses critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve problems in an efficient and productive manner
  • Dependable team player and works well under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and 10 Key entries

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related field
  • High School graduate or Associate Degree
  • Combination of experience and education will be considered
