As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• **Medical Records Retrieval**: Perform outbound telephone calls and/or other means of contact with healthcare provider offices to obtain missing medical documentation. This may involve faxing, mailing, or remotely accessing electronic medical records, as well as scheduling visits at provider locations.
• **Communication and Collaboration**: Effectively communicate with team members and external providers to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to challenging project timelines.
• **Additional Tasks**: Complete additional tasks as required to support the division, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

• *Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• **Call Center Experience**: 1+ years of experience in a call center environment, preferably within the healthcare or medical field. (Desirable)
• **Training and Adaptability**: A strong ability to handle fast-paced training programs and adapt to new systems and processes.
• **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in typing (40 WPM) and computer literacy, including:
